1. From April 1, 2012 to April 7, 2012, the Defendant served as a night oil station at the oil station operated by the victim C in Busan Si-Gu from April 1, 2012 to April 7, 2012.
On April 7, 2012, the Defendant, at the above gas station around 19:46, used the gap in which the injured party’s care was neglected, used the gap as the gas station from around 19:00 on the preceding day to work as the gas station, and used the sub-lease that contains the total amount of KRW 1.4 million for the sales proceeds of petroleum owned by the injured party from customers, and stolen the said cash.

2. From Jun. 17:00 on June 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn cash from the victim’s check to the account number stored in the victim’s mobile phone while running the game together with the Defendant’s employee F, a workplace partner working at the H station located in Young-gu, Young-si; and (b) requested the victim to transfer money to the bank account number located in the victim’s mobile phone; (c) the Defendant 1 and scarbey’s mobile phone, which are the victim’s possession, scarba-dong (700,000,000,000 won in the market value of 70,000,000,000 won in the new bank located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Si; and (d) withdrawn 280,000,000,000 won in the cash check from the said bank account; and (e) withdrawn the cash check from the Defendant’s cell and the aforementioned mobile phone.

3. From March 2013 to June 3, 2013, the Defendant, against the victim I and J, was in K at Kimpo-si, and was working as a gas station at the L station managed by the victim I, and was living in the staff accommodation of the second floor.
On June 3, 2014, at around 00:30 on June 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) set the private security system from the second floor to the first floor office through internal stairs; and (b) released the private security system using the security card; and (c) at the credit cooperative, the amounting to KRW 3,950,000 for cash owned by the victim.
