A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud in the credit support of Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the above punishment on August 27, 2015.

[2015 Ma 1133] On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 08:36, the Defendant used a D taxi driven by a victim C in front of the hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; (b) as if he/she were to pay the price at the destination, he/she was on board the said taxi, and (c) operated the said taxi up to 85 jun comprehensive terminal at around 10:58 on the same day, at around 10:58.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to 91,800 won of taxi fees.

[2015 Highest 1151] From around 23:51 on October 16, 2015, the Defendant was provided with food equivalent to 36,200 won for the PC room use fee until around 12:04 of the same month, as if he/she had finished the use of the PC even if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the PC, even if he/she used the PC room to the victim G who is an employee of the above room in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and 2nd floor F.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained a total of 48,300 won pecuniary benefit.

[2015 Highest 1157] On October 25, 2015, the Defendant was provided with services equivalent to KRW 9,900 for the PC room usage fee until October 26, 2015, to the victim J, an employee of the above PC room, even if he/she used the PC to the above PC room, even though he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the PC, and until around 03:40 of the same month, he/she finished the use of the PC.

By deceiving the victim, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 9,900 won.

[2016 Height 16] On November 28, 2015, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, even if he/she uses the PC to the victim M, who is the above PC operator, on the fifth floor of the K Building in Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
