1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:06 on August 21, 2017, Defendant 4636 used a computer for about 141 hours from that time until 27:08:10 on August 21, 2017, when Defendant 3 used a computer, 5 hambber, 5 son, and 1 son.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired property benefits equivalent to 159,100 won.

On September 26, 2017, Defendant 5110 was prosecuted in Seoul Southern District Court on September 26, 2017 and is currently under trial.

On October 6, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant used a computer for about 21 hours and 30 minutes from the following day until around 09:30 of the Victim F’s Operation in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. The Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price, was committed as if he would pay the price.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to 20,000 won for usage fees.

Defendant 2017 is the reserve forces belonging to H Dong group 5711

On June 8, 2017, the Defendant received a notice of convening a call for training from the Defendant’s office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I to receive “small training (after half-year training) conducted at around June 29, 2017 and at the training site for forest reserve forces” from the Defendant’s office located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, but did not attend the training without justifiable grounds.

Defendant 5766, on October 23, 2017, used computers for about 15 hours from October 24, 2017 to October 08:07, 2017, operated by the Victim K on the first floor of JJ in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, for the following reasons: (a) the fact is: (b) the use of the PC does not have any means to pay the price, such as cash or card; (c) the use of the PC as if the PC would have had no intent or ability to pay the price; and (d) the use of the computer for about 15 hours from October 24, 2017.
