If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant who is engaged in construction machinery maintenance business, and a person who intends to conduct construction machinery maintenance business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu by type of business.

Nevertheless, on September 18, 2014, at around 15:20, the Defendant engaged in construction machinery maintenance business without being registered with the competent authority, and by maintaining the center title, which is the power transmission device of construction machinery C in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.
