Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to engage in construction machinery maintenance business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu by type of each project.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant, without registering to the Mayor or the head of the Gu, carried out construction machinery business for 6 days and 700,000,000 won in terms of personnel expenses, in order to color D scrap in the storage facility of construction machinery in the trade name in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
