A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled MDMA (the name “EXP”, hereinafter referred to as “EXP”), Kenya, and marijuana as follows.
1. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant purchased 2 marijuana 120 U.S. dollars from C in the New Airport located in the U.S., on January 29, 2019. On January 29, 2019, the Defendant purchased 18 U.S. dollars 1,300 U.S. dollars in the form of X 32 U.S. and X 300 U.S. dollars in the name of the deceased in the name of the deceased in the U.S., and entered the Incheon International Port located in the Jung-gu Incheon Port around January 29, 2019.
In this respect, the Defendant imported X-si and mari-maria cartage in the United States in Korea.
2. The Defendant, along with E, recruited to purchase X-si. On November 9, 2018, at G clubs located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F around the new wall on November 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported 300,000 won for X-si, which was dried by the Defendant, to H; and (b) reported EX-si 2.
As above, the Defendant, in collusion with E, purchased X posters and Kenyas more than four times from the above date and time to February 13, 2019, as shown in attached Table 1, as well as purchase of X posters and Kenyas.
3. Around November 9, 2018, the Defendant administered narcotics with water at the G club as described in the foregoing paragraph (2) 1/2 of the X-gu 1/2 of the X-gu 2 purchased from H as above at the time of the new wall, and the Defendant administered narcotics with water at the X-gu 1/2 of the remainder after approximately one hour thereafter.
In addition, the Defendant administered X-gu and Kenya over a total of nine times from the above date to June 2019, as indicated in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List. The Defendant smokes marijuana.
