1. The Defendant in the facts charged is a relationship between C’C’s trade name and the victim D(56 years of age, women) and the gender.

피고인은 2013. 10. 10. 11:00경 대구 달서구 E에 있는 C 양장점 앞에 피해자가 서 있을 때, 피고인이 손님과 이야기 하면서 아는 채 하지 않는 것을 보고 피해자가 피고인을 향해 "우리 아파트 내가 돈 벌어 산 것인데 누가 남편이 샀다고 하더냐"고 따지자, "가라"하면서 양손으로 피해자의 가슴부위를 2회 밀었고, 피해자가 "왜 미노"하면서 가게 안으로 들어가자 양복 어깨를 다리는 우마로 피해자의 좌측 어깨부위를 1회 때려 피해자에게 약 14일 간의 치료를 요하는 경추의 염좌 및 긴장, 어깨 및 위팔의 타박상을 가하였다.

As evidence consistent with the facts charged, D’s investigative agency and court statement, medical certificate of injury, investigation report (execution of a warrant for search and inspection of evidence), and according to the medical records and photographs attached to the above investigation report, D’s photograph taken by a hospital around 2:54 p.m. on October 10, 2013 appears to have redly shown on the left shoulder, and the fact that D’s photograph was diagnosed on October 14, 2013 by 14 days, is recognized.

On the other hand, the defendant consistently asserts that, until the investigation agency and the court, D had consistently sought and desireed to find D and interfered with the business, and that there was only a civil fact once, and that there was no injury of D due to fear of injury as stated in the facts charged.

A witness F and G, who had been at the present site, also appeared to be in the red string of the shape that reduces vertical length on the left shoulder of D, by stating that there was no physical fighting, even though there was no fighting, and that there was no physical fighting. According to the above photographs, it appears that the shape of the horse appears to have been taken into account.
