A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one month, or by imprisonment for any of the crimes of Articles 2 through 6 in the holding of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 14, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 14th of the same month.

2. 피고인은 2014. 12. 28. 13:10경 서울 동대문구 F에 있는 피해자 G가 운영하는 H건물 지하 1층 ‘I’에서, 피해자의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 피해자 소유인 시가 149,000원 상당의 패딩점퍼 1개, 시가 25,000원 상당의 ‘슈거크래프트’ 책 1권, 시가 20,000원 상당의 양지 지갑 1개, 시가 17,000원 상당의 ‘행복한 임신 아름다운 태교’ 책 1권, 시가 15,000원 상당의 숄더 가방 1개 등 시가 합계 400,250원 상당의 물건들을 쇼핑백에 넣어 가지고 가 타인의 재물을 절취하였다.

3. 피고인은 2015. 1. 1. 16:05경 서울 광진구 광나루로56길 85에 있는 ‘롯데마트’에서, 피해자 J 등 마트 직원의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 피해자가 관리하는 시가 20,591원 상당의 자연애 포크 돼지 삼겹살, 시가 17,900원 상당의 드라마 후라이팬 1개, 시가 17,000원 상당의 장미천사 다용도 과도 1개, 시가 13,600원 상당의 마몽드 엑스트라모이스처 에멀 화장품 1개, 시가 13,500원 상당의 유기농 밀키퀸 1개 등 시가 합계 203,430원 상당의 물건들을 장바구니에 넣어 가지고 가 타인의 재물을 절취하였다.
