1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company that runs a general taxi transportation business in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The plaintiffs are workers who enter into an employment contract with the defendant and drive a taxi owned by the defendant.

B. The conclusion of a collective agreement and wage agreement with a trade union consisting of the employees belonging to the Defendant (hereinafter “trade union”) and the Defendant entered into a collective agreement and wage agreement in 2011 with the following content.

Wages: The basic wage is indicated as the “basic wage,” but it appears to be a clerical error in the “basic wage.”

Article 11 (Classification of Wages)
