A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of the last passenger car owned by C C C.
