Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 4, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Suwon District Court on February 4, 2016, and the decision became final and conclusive on February 12, 2016 and is currently suspended.

1. On March 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 538,00,00 in the victim E store located on the third floor of the department store D department store located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) using a gap where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, the Defendant cited one of the victim’s market prices, which was located on the above store display stand; and (c) stolen it.
2. Around April 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed at the victim G store located on the third floor of the department store specified in paragraph (1); (b) placed the victim’s share of 159,600 won at his/her own bank, which was suffering from the above store display stand in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); and (c) stolen the share of 159,60 won at his/her bank.
3. On May 2, 2016, around 17:14, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “J” store in the “J” store of the victim I located on the third floor of the department store specified in paragraph (1); (b) placed in the “J” store, in the same manner as described in paragraph (1), the primary fee of KRW 1,000, the market price of which is the victim of the above store, which is KRW 199,000, and stolen it.
4. On May 8, 2016, from around 15:00 to 16:00, the Defendant: (a) placed at the victim G store located on the third floor of the department store specified in paragraph (1); (b) placed one of the victim’s market prices, which was suffering from the above store display stand in the same manner as paragraph (1), and stolen the same.
5. On May 8, 2016, around 16:10 on May 8, 2016, at “L store” for the operation of the Victim K located on the third floor of the department store, as described in paragraph (1), and at “L store” for the same method as described in paragraph (1), the Defendant placed the KRW 19,900, the market price of the victim, who was suffering from the above store, in a temporary room, into the bank, and stolen it.
