1. The part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to be paid under the judgment of the court of first instance shall be revoked.
The defendant.
Reasons
1. As indicated in Table 1 and Table 2 below, the Plaintiff entered into each facility supply contract with the Defendant on February 24, 2012 and June 29, 2012 (hereinafter “the first supply contract”) with each of the Defendant on June 24, 2012, and the second supply contract on June 29, 2012 (hereinafter “the second supply contract”). The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 334,620,00 as the price for the first supply contract, and KRW 126,390,00 as the price for the second supply contract.

2. Determination as to the cause of action
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1 provides each of the Defendant with facilities equivalent to KRW 417,50,000 under the first supply contract and KRW 503,960,000 under the second supply contract, as stated in the attached Form “construction contract and the receipts and disbursements of money,” and the first supply contract.
