Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2017, at around 02:45, the Defendant received a report that he did not pay a taxi fee in front of the “C industrial company” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and received a request for presentation of an identification card from the victim E, who is a policeman belonging to the police station D police station in Busan, which was called out, and E received an identification card and deducted him from his employee pocket book of the victim of the defects in recording his personal information in the work pocket book; and

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting duties.
