A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2018, around 05:06, the Defendant was a victim D (77 years old) who was a taxi engineer in front of the C District located in Busan District, Busan District on March 4, 2018.
