Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 13, 2014, Defendant B violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) and around D convenience points in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. around 20:18, in the process of finding the borrower of a vehicle where the victim E was unable to drive on behalf of the victim E in order to move the vehicle, the Defendant assaulted the victim E in cooperation with B, who was in the vicinity of the defect, such as the defect of the victim’s “Iata borrower”, and B, who was in front of the victim E, was able to kill the victim E head and face on two occasions, and the Defendant continued to assault the victim E in cooperation with B.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim F’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

3. On December 13, 2014, the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing an offense on the grounds as seen in the above paragraph (1) of the same paragraph, and neglected to smoke at the office of the victim I, a guard who is working in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, by having eight victims E, etc. under the above paragraph (1) around the surrounding area, and made a public insult of the victim I by taking the following actions: (a) “I will shot, shot, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, and stop even if I want to do so.”
