Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Around 09:50 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant reported the victim E (n, 75 years of age) (i.e., the victim E, who did not have a good reputation on the street before his/her permanent residence, and (ii) assaulted the victim’s left side knife on one occasion with his/her hand.

B. A.
