A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, at the street in front of the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D (Inn, 58 years of age) located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) on the ground that the Defendant requested a conversation while drinking in the said restaurant, he was refusing it; (c) on the ground that he did not demand the conversation; (d) the Defendant was able to cut up the standing signboards set up in front of the said restaurant and walk up in the vicinity while cutting up the door, and breaking up the door in front of the said restaurant; and (d) by cutting up the door door in front of the said restaurant, the said door door door was attached so that the amount of KRW 8,000,000, the repair cost of the door door would be equivalent to KRW 200,000.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged another person's property.

2. The Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim D’s restaurant business by blocking the disturbance by having approximately 11 customers who had been in the said restaurant stop eating and going out of the restaurant, such as cutting the stone at the restaurant entrance, cutting off the glass door, etc.; and (b) interfered with the victim D’s restaurant business by force.

3. Damage to public goods, obstruction of performance of official duties, and injury;

A. On May 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 10:20 on May 13, 2013, 2013, the police officers, such as the police officers (25 years old) of the Daegu East East-gu Police Station G District, Daegu-gu Police Station, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 4, where the police officers were under the influence of alcohol in front of the Daegu-gu subway Station, went to a large number of unspecified citizens, and took a bath; and (b) Ha (25 years old) called the police officers of the Daegu-dong Police Station G District, which was called upon receiving 112 report, went to a large scale; and (c) destroyed public goods used by public offices by putting one flagpole for public relations at hand at the market price of 6,000 won at which the police officers was posted at the 1st patrol.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the above 3-A paragraph (a), and at the above H’s time and place, attempted to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, by preventing the Defendant from destroying the public goods as above, and by breaking the same into his hand.
