A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Injury) at the Busan High Court on May 2, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 5, 2013 at the Busan Correctional Institution on November 5, 2013.

1. Damage to property;

A. On January 10, 2014, at around 05:45, the Defendant, on the ground that he wishes to go to a prison in the waiting room of the D Hospital located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (a) placed two computer monitoring units and two keyboards on the floor, which are equivalent to KRW 600,000, the market price managed by the Defendant E, and its employees, who are the victims installed in the main department; and (b) damaged them.

B. At around 18:50 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) while eating at a H restaurant operated by the victim G located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, on the ground that tobacco would be consumed in the restaurant by the victim on the ground that the victim’s speech would be bad; (b) placed in the restaurant on the ground that tobacco would be smoking in the restaurant, and damaged the free window of the restaurant entrance, which is the victim’s market value, at KRW 130,000.

2. On January 10, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant damaged goods for public use, on the ground that he/she was going to be investigated for the criminal facts set forth in paragraph 1(b) at the same police station located with the name of Busan Dong-gu, Busan, for the purpose of committing the crime set forth in paragraph 1(b), and destroyed goods used by public offices by placing up a standing sign on the first floor of the above police station (a.e., 120cm x 200cm) on the ground that he/she wishes to enter a prison.

around 13:45 on January 17, 2014, the Defendant destroyed and damaged things used by public offices by putting 256,080 won of television market value attached to a living room, on the ground that the inmates of the same living room are bad, etc., in the 8-dong room of Busan City, Busan, which is located in the main sentence of Busan, the 8-dong, Busan, and the 10-dong room of the 8-dong, and on the ground that the prisoners of the same living room are bad.
