A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A. On February 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at F points of CT Bank F in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E-1:21 on February 17, 2016; (b) submitted the passbook that he stolen to G, an employee of the bank counter, and “to recover money.”
