Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on May 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) used a cutting machine in front of the victim C’s house located in Seojin-gu D apartment 207 dong 1201, Jinjin-gu, Jinjin-gu, Seoul; (b) cut up 2 of the market price unscambing of the crime; and (c) opened a scamb, etc. from the window to the front of the house of the victim C; and (d) embling the stolen property, such as opening the scamb, etc. located therein, but did not receive money or goods to be stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant was trying to steal property by destroying the victim's property and by impairing his residence.

2. On May 30, 2014, around 15:05, the Defendant: (a) used a cutting machine that was in front of the Victim E, an apartment of 209 dong 701, as stated in the above paragraph (1), cut 2 out of 10,000 won in the market price; (b) went through the window to the house, and then cut off the victim’s right of KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000 won in front of the house; and (c) went to the house through the window; and (d) cut the victim’s right of KRW 1,00,000,000,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the victim's property and stolen the property by infringing on the residence.

The Defendant, from May 2008 to July 2014, 2014, has been engaged in the business of LED lighting sales and LED construction payment.

At around June 16, 2014, the Defendant, a business partner H in Young-gun, Young-gu, Young-gu, U.S., deposited KRW 2,100,00 in the name of LED construction work and kept in custody for the victim for business purposes. At that time, the Defendant embezzled KRW 22,90,000,00 in total by the same eight times in total as indicated in the separate crime list from the temporary border to July 11, 2014.
