A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 10:56 on September 20, 2017 to around 11:50 on the 110:50 on, the Defendant: (a) installed a string of the lower corridor and a crime prevention window at the front of the residence of the victim of the said subparagraph of the apartment building C in North Korea-do; and (b) installed a string of the hallway and installed a string, without correction; and (c) intrudes upon the house into the house; and (d) one string of female gold in an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000 at the market price of KRW 160,000 at the market price, including the 14K and 500,000,000 at the market price;

From the beginning of May 2017 to November 17, 2017, the Defendant, as well as the Defendant, infringed upon the victims’ residence on eight occasions, and stolen the property worth KRW 6,532,00,00 in total, which is the sum of KRW 9,282,00,00, which is the sum of KRW 4,000,00, which is the sum of KRW 2,532,00,00, which is the sum of KRW 5,532,00,000, which is the sum of KRW 4,000,000.

2. Crimes of intrusion upon residence;

A. On September 7, 2017, around 11:30 on September 7, 2017, the Defendant opened a window that was not corrected due to a crime prevention window and invaded upon the victim’s residence, in front of the residence of E apartment house victim F.

B. On September 17, 2017, the Defendant opened at the places indicated in the above paragraph (a) around 11:15, windows not corrected due to a crime prevention window and intruded upon the victim’s residence.
