Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 13, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (ex post facto action) and driven the 1 ton cargo vehicle at one ton B, and led the Defendant to drive on the roads of Jinju-gu in the Jinju-dong at the time of Jinju to drive on the roads of Jinju-gu in the direction of Hanju-dong Hospital.
