Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2012, around 17:00 of the forgery of private documents, LG U mobile phone entrance application form, which is kept in the office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, entered the subscriber “D”, resident registration number “E”, customer address “E”, contact address “G”, and applicant column as “D” and signed by stating “D” in its name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the application for joining the mobile phone in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, delivered a falsified mobile phone subscription application form as if it were a document duly formed, to the ELS sales agency employee who was aware of the forgery.
