1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) On December 8, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, the insured, and the beneficiary, and the Plaintiff’s insurance period from December 8, 2014 to December 24, 2019, the term of the insurance contract (i.e., “(p) Mazz, i., Nos. 1407(1)” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

(2) Of the subscription form for the instant insurance contract, the following contents and questions were written in the “matters to be notified prior to the contract”. However, the Plaintiff indicated that all of the questions below are “no”.

The following matters concerning the insured (subject to insurance) shall be the data necessary for the company to take over the subscription for an insurance contract, and the policyholder and the insured (subject to insurance) shall be notified of the truth:

If the following matters are not reported to the truth or are notified differently from the fact, the purchase of insurance may be refused, and in particular, if the contents constitute "important matters", regardless of the intention of the policyholder or the insured (person insured), the contract may be terminated or restricted pursuant to the "the effect of breach of the obligation to notify prior to the contract" clause.

"Important matters" means matters that affect the acceptance of a contract, such as refusing to make an application for an insurance contract if the company becomes aware of such facts, or refusing to limit the amount of insurance coverage, excluding partial guarantees, reducing insurance proceeds, and increasing insurance premiums.

1. Doing the fact that a medical doctor has received the following medical treatments within the last three months through a medical examination or examination.
