Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 22:00 on September 29, 2013, the Defendant reported that the victim D, who is a workplace partner, was under the influence of alcohol, was locked in a breathous state, and the Defendant carried out one half of the cash amounting to KRW 3,000 on the television at that place, one half of the market value of KRW 150,000 on the television at that place, one half of the half of the half of the market value of KRW 150,000 on the television at that place, and one of the two smartphones and one key in the city value of KRW 980,000 on the television at that place.

A. On September 29, 2013, around 23:29, the Defendant: (a) presented D’s modern credit card that was stolen as if he/she were D; and (b) paid KRW 430,000,00 in total by means of digital signature on the card approval slip; (c) on September 29, 2013, the Defendant, who was unable to know the personal information at the “L” entertainment drinking point in the “L” entertainment drinking place in the Sinsi-si.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the above employee, exempted him from paying the total amount of KRW 430,00,000, such as alcohol and Ansan, obtained economic benefits equivalent to the same amount, and used stolen credit cards.
