The punishment of the accused shall be eight months by imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 03:00 on October 1, 2009, the fraud Defendant received the reserve forces training in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount by having the victim D (the age of 28) (the age of 28) who became aware of the fact that “I would not know about theme to calculate the internal tax rate. A thief, violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud Defendant, on October 10, 2009, by taking out one copy of the national card (I) owned by the victim on the ground wall in which the victim D was locked, using the gap in the above Fudio 401 on October 10, 2009, and then stolen it by ordering the victim K, who is the owner of the "J-sing practice room" in the "J-gu North-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, by taking out alcohol and alcohol, etc. at the "J-sing practice room", and presented it to the victim K, the owner of the "J-sing practice room", as above, as if the victim's national card was used for the completion of his/her license.
