A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a victim C (V, 37 years of age) and a couple of law.

1. A crime committed on November 21, 2017;

A. In the Defendant’s residence around 01:00 on November 21, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) putting the head of the victim who frighted to sleep and was frighting after drinking and returning home; and (b) shouldering the flab by scing the head of the victim; and (c) shouldering the flab.
