1. 특수강도 피고인은 2018. 11. 4. 08:00경 목포시 C아파트(이하 생략)에 있는 피해자의 집에서, 피해자에게 30만 원을 달라고 요구하였으나 피해자가 이를 거절하자 화가 나 “이 씨발년이 돈 안내놔!”라고 소리를 치면서 주방 싱크대 안에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌칼(총길이 30cm, 칼날길이 17cm)을 꺼내 들어 피해자에게 “이 씨발년아, 눈이 뒤집히면 살인난다. 빨리 돈 내놔 이년아!”라고 소리를 치고, 피해자를 밀어 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 무릎으로 피해자의 배를 누르면서 위 부엌칼을 피해자의 목에 들이대고, 양손으로 피해자의 목을 조른 후 재차 위 부엌칼을 피해자의 목에 들이대면서 “돈 내놔 이 좆같은 년아”라고 소리를 치고, 바닥에 있던 위험한 물건인 빈 소주병을 들고 피해자에게 다가와 던질 듯이 하면서 “이 씨발년이 진짜 정신을 못 차렸네 진짜 죽고 싶냐 빨리 돈 주라고!”라고 소리를 치고, 피해자의 머리채를 잡아 흔들며 “니 머리 360도로 확 잡아 돌리면 진짜 죽는거 알지!”라고 위협하여 겁에 질린 피해자로부터 피해자 소유인 현금 30만 원을 빼앗았다.
