Punishment of the crime

Around February 9, 2020, the Defendant written a letter stating that he sells the right to cultural products of Ireland on the Internet AAKafa, in the French land. As above, the Defendant, as described in the attached Table 1, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 480,00 from the victim for the same day and received KRW 11,50,07,50 in total from around March 25, 202 to around March 25, 202.

Around April 1, 2020, the Defendant posted a letter stating that he sells a 100 million aggregate of 100 million aggregate of a game machine to AC PC at the Ulsan PPC, etc., and made a false statement stating that he/she would send a 100 million aggregate if he/she sent the price to L who contacted with the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.

Around April 1, 2020, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 89,000 from the victim to the AD account under the name of the Defendant from the victim and acquired it by transfer as the sales proceeds.

Around March 4, 2020, the Defendant written a letter that he sells Mack on an Internet AAKa Paco, and the Defendant made a false statement that he/she would sell Mack equivalent to the corresponding amount if he/she would sell Mack to the victim T, who reported and contacted Mack written by the Defendant.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell Mask.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 243,00 for the same day from the victim as the price in Chapter 94.
