1. On January 20, 2018, at a place where the location is unknown, the Defendant: (a) instead of having no intent or capacity to sell crowdfunding, even if receiving the price of the goods; (b) instead, the Defendant written a letter of intent or capacity to sell the crowdfunding on the Internet B car page; and (c) falsely stated that the Defendant would sell the crowdfunding in KRW 1.80,000,000 to the victim who reported and contacted the above writing; and (d) subsequently, the Defendant acquired 180,000 won from the victim to the national bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant on January 22, 2018.
2. On March 8, 2018, at a place where a place is unknown, the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to sell opphoneS6 even if he/she received the price of goods, posted a letter to sell opphone 6 on the Internet B car page, and made a false statement to sell opphone 6 in KRW 100,000 to the victim E who reported and contacted the above writing, and acquired 10,000 won from the victim as the price of goods under the name of the Defendant’s corporate bank (F) on March 9, 2018.
3. Around March 22, 2018, at a place where a place is unknown, the Defendant, even if having received the price of goods, posted a letter of intent or ability to sell the gallon ju S8 mobile phone on the Internet B car page, and made a false statement that he/she would sell the gallon 8 mobile phone in KRW 2.50,00,00 to the victim G who reported and contacted the above writing, and acquired the sum of KRW 2.50,00,000,000, including KRW 150,000 on March 25, 2018, KRW 150,000 from the victim, and KRW 57,00 on March 27, 2018, from the victim’s bank account under the Defendant’s name.
