Punishment of the crime

The defendant was employed in a disguised way as an employee in a restaurant, and had collected food costs on the day of his employment, and attempted to flee, and embezzled them.

On October 2, 2013, the Defendant employed on October 10, 2013, the victim C in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as a delivery employee, and embezzled the above money for personal purposes, such as living expenses, and arbitrarily consumed it in the above restaurant while he kept 153,500 won for the victim.

On September 22, 2013, the Defendant employed the victim F in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as the delivery employee, on September 14:40, 2013, and embezzled KRW 215,50,00 from the price for delivery and receipt of food to the G restaurant operated by the victim F in Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and then arbitrarily consumed the money for personal purposes, such as food, entertainment, lodging, etc.

On July 21, 2013, at around 10:30 on July 21, 2013, the Defendant, employed as delivery employee at the J-cafeteria operated by the victim I in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and embezzled one of the card terminals in custody of an amount equivalent to KRW 1.30,000,000 in the market price, and KRW 8,000,000 in the market price, for the victim.

2. On July 28, 2013, at around 14:50 on July 28, 2013, the Defendant, employed the victim L in Ulsan-gu K as delivery employee, and embezzled the amount of KRW 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00
