Punishment of the crime

As a result, the defendant embezzled the property of the victim who was in custody on duty.

2. The Defendant, at around 12:00 on June 11, 2014, employed the victim H located in G in the Young-si area as a delivery personnel and was engaged in the duties of food delivery, collection of money, etc. in the said restaurant.

On June 11, 2014, the Defendant completed the last delivery in the vicinity of the Suwon-si Area on June 23:40, 201, and then carried out one card settlement terminal equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price used for the delivery and settlement of food, and one card settlement terminal equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price, and 30,000,000 won received money from the victim and delivered food to the customer, and kept them in custody for the victim.

As a result, the defendant embezzled the property of the victim who was in custody on duty.

3. "2015 Highest 1904".

A. At night, the Defendant served as an employee at a cafeteria operated by the victim K in Suwon-guJ from August 2014 to December 30, 2014.

On January 8, 2015, at around 05:20, the Defendant, at around 05:20, entered the password, which was known at the time of working in the above Lcafeteria, with a 350,000 won in cash, which is the victim's possession in the credit cooperative located below the Kacter.
