Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2011, at around 07:10, the Defendant worked as an employee at the “H restaurant” operated by the victim G in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and had the Defendant take charge of delivery and food cost collection.

The Defendant, at the same time, went through the victim’s market price of KRW 1950,00,00, and delivered food to the above restaurant customers and kept them in the course of business for the victim. The Defendant escaped without returning it to the victim, and embezzled it by consuming it in mind with living expenses, etc. around that time, and then from the above date to January 22, 2013, attached Table 450,000.
