Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a person who supplies active fish and fishery products with the trade name D in his/her own residence in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Chungcheongnam-gun, and E (the age of 34) had been residing in 206, G, the second floor of H IE located in Gyeong Young-gun, G as an employee of the Fda, and the Defendant was in a relationship between 8 months prior to the 8 month period.
