Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in the repair business of a ship for daily use, and is a person who lives with a monthly room for the guest room for the "C" in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

On January 10, 2017, at around 01:35, the Defendant smoked a cigarette in the state of being dried within the cel D located in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and did not completely turn off the beginning of the cigarette but caused by negligence that a fire remaining in the beginning of the cigarette but was caused by negligence between the head and the bend, and then destroyed the building and the household unit equivalent to KRW 16,464,50 in the market price by putting the guest room up.
