Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:20 on November 8, 2018, the Defendant was driving a C Lat Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 2 km from the front of the Guro Digital Group located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.154%.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol 0.154% of the blood alcohol level at the time indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant driven the said LV car, and led to a two-lane road in front of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to a two-lane 40km away from the distance park, the distance park, the distance park, and the height of the two-lane.
The Defendant: (a) while driving the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as driving of snow, driving of walking, and driving of a road, the Defendant was found late to drive the said car on the same lane; (b) but the Defendant did not avoid the vehicle but was found to have the following part of the said car as the front part of the said car.
As a result, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, was driving the said L-related car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and caused the victim F (F,54 years old) who is the partner of the said L-related car to suffer injury, such as salt ties for about two weeks of medical treatment.
