A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the BNS car.

1. 2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the NAS car at the above time and at the above place while under the influence of alcohol 0.191% of alcohol level.
