Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 20:00 on May 1, 2014, Defendant B acquired 31 cell phones lost over four times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, even though he/she knew that he/she was a stolen of the loss of the gallon 17 cost from an unclaimed taxi driver in a public parking lot located in the high pressure level of pressure at around 20:00, he/she acquired 3930,000 won in total, even though he/she knew that he/she was a stolen of the loss of the gallon 17 cost.

【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant A

Accordingly, Defendant B acquired stolen goods.
