A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. On September 2, 2014, around 23:40 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the victim C, who he stolen from Party B, was a gallon (S) price of KRW 6.40,00,00,00, in the vicinity of the river basin in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and acquired stolen goods.
2. 4. At around September 13, 2014, the Defendant, while aware of the fact that it was a gallon (S5 cellular phone) price of KRW 900,000 in the market value of the victim G that he stolen from F, the Defendant purchased 2.10,000 won of the price, and acquired stolen goods.
5. On September 13, 2014, around 21:43, the Defendant: (a) purchased the stolen goods at the price of KRW 200,000,000,000, after being aware of the fact that the victim I possessed a white gallon (S5 mobile phone) equivalent to KRW 900,000,00 in the market value he/she embezzled from H.; and (b) acquired the stolen goods.
6. Around 10:00 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the name he/she embezzled from K on the Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu J and the second floor is one cost for a gallon (S5 cellular phone) owned by the victim, and acquired stolen goods at 150,000 won.
