A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. 2. The Defendant: (a) stopped the said benz car on a one-lane and two-lane basis at the above time and place; (b) stopped the said benz car from the above police officers on several occasions; (c) continued to refuse the said benz car to take a bath for police officers; and (d) continued to refuse the said benz car for about 10 minutes; and (c) prevented the said benz car and other automobiles passing on the road by stopping the said benz car while driving on the road.
