Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed soup duping male water rooms located in Bocheon-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) on March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (c) cut off with one copy of Samsung Gallon A7 mobile phones and one copy of the Nonghyup Fallon Card, when the market price owned by the victim E was 600,000 won.

B. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one cell phone of LG G2 cell phone in the market price owned by the victim, where the victim was placed in a brush by making use of a frush in the frush of the victim, at the house of F for the △△△△△△△ in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, 2016.

On April 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) lent a mobile phone from HPC room located on the third floor of G, G in 05:34 on April 17, 2016; (b) borrowed a mobile phone from the victim I operating a game in the side to the victim I; and (c) used it and stolen a mobile phone of 550,000 won at the market price by means of escape.

2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. On April 19, 2016, at around 07:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a factory dormitory located in Gyeonggi-si, △△△△△, Gyeonggi-do; (b) entered the dormitory of the victim J; and (c) stolen the Defendant, with a copy of an empty land supplyer at least 1.60,000 won in total in the market price owned by the victim; and (d) one man-made land supplyer at least KRW 1.65,00,00 in cash; and (e) one physical card at agricultural cooperatives.

B. On April 19, 2016, at around 07:05, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked window in the dormitory like the foregoing paragraph (a) and entered the victim I’s dormitory; (b) destroyed the victim’s market price with one finger-si meter, one man’s son-si meter, and one man’s gallon with a total of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won; and (c) destroyed the Defendant with one copy of the gallon-si card, which is equivalent to KRW 9,00,000,000,000.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) unloaded from a taxi stopped in K on April 19, 2016 at the Government-Si of the Gyeonggi-si; (b) sought a taxi fee from the victim’s name in mind; and (c) sought the taxi fee from the victim’s name in the same manner as Paragraph (a) of the said Section
