A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant leased 403 square meters of the E 4th floor in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and created ten rooms, and operated a marina business establishment in the name of “F” in the name of “F,” and “G” from June 11, 2013, the Defendant worked as an employee of the said business establishment.

1. At around 19:50 on February 7, 2013, the Defendant hired female employees of sexual traffic, received KRW 110,000 per man from many unspecified males, and assisted the said female employees to engage in sexual traffic by allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse with male customers, as well as arranging sexual traffic, from February 7, 2013 to June 9, 2013, and from June 22, 2013 to July 10, 2013, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic over 298 times, as indicated in the [Attachment] List of Crimes No. 1-262, 283-318.

2. In collusion with G, the Defendant employed female employees from June 11, 2013 to June 19, 2013, and received KRW 110,000 per capita from many unspecified males, and had the said female employees engage in sexual intercourse with male customers, and arranged sexual traffic as indicated in No. 263-282, supra.

Accordingly, the defendant has arranged commercial sex acts for business purposes and made a total of 51,071,00 won sales.
