A On April 17, 2013, the Incheon District Court sentenced imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and decided on April 25, 2013.
1. Defendant A, B, and C are the owners who run a commercial building of 109,00,000 won under the ground of the F building in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, with a monthly rent of 1.8 million won from the lessee without a deposit, and install eight rooms for engaging in commercial sex acts with the name of H, and Defendant B and C are the employees of the above business establishment.
Defendant
A and B, around February 10, 2013, employed workers engaged in sexual traffic in the above H and received 40,000 won per capita from many unspecified males, and had such female employees take care of the sexual organ of the male, and act as a broker for sexual traffic, etc., so that they act as a broker for sexual traffic from February 10, 2013 to March 21, 2013.
