Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a freight vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

On March 21, 2019, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol on a normal condition that it is difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle at a low-speed speed, and proceeded one-lane of the two-lanes of the Cheongnam-do in front of the Cheongnam-do in a high-speed free-speed zone at the Cheongnam-do, into the front part of the Cheongnam-do in a gold-do, and stopped for the signal, and the rear part of the Cheongnam-do in front of the Defendant’s cargo vehicle driven by the victim C (35 years old) (35 years old) who stops for the signal, took the front part of the Cheongju-do in front of the Defendant’s cargo vehicle and sustained two-day treatment for the said Haak-do in front of the Cheongnam-do in a high-speed zone (56 years old), and suffered the victim’s two-day treatment for the said Haak-gu in need of treatment, three-day treatment for the said Haak-gu in the above 2 week.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.337% at the section of about 2 km from the Do in front of the head office in the territory of the Sinju-si, a temporary border under the above paragraph (1) to the place under the above paragraph (1).
