Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car B.

On August 2, 2018, at around 18:27, the Defendant carried forward from the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, one-lane to the two-lanes. A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to thoroughly see the front side and prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant did not find out that the E 5-car driven by the victim D (the age of 35) due to the negligence of driving a vehicle while neglecting the duty of the front line, and did not receive the rear part of the said K5-car from the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle and received it to the said D for about three weeks, and took approximately two-day treatment to the victim F (the age of 32) who is the above 5-dong passenger, for about three weeks of treatment, the base and tension of the trend that requires approximately two-day treatment to the victim G (the age of 39) who is the same passenger, and suffered approximately two-day treatment to the victim H (the age of 36) who is the same passenger.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Liju Driving) was prosecuted by the Defendant from the Do in front of the I Apartment-gu, U.S. I apartment at the temporary border under the above paragraph (1) to approximately 48 km-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.122% 0.124%, but it is obvious that it is a clerical error (22 pages of the investigation record).
