Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 01:35 December 15, 2018, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol content of 0.191% from the roads near the Round Public Parking Lot located in Osan-si, 13-6 to the front three-distance intersection in the same city.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DD Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car.
