A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2005, the Defendant entered the Republic of Vietnam on December 28, 2012, with non-professional employment (E-9) visaed on December 28, 2012, and entered the Republic of Korea on February 28, 2012, is a foreigner of Vietnam’s nationality, and there is a friendly relationship between C, D, E, F, and G with Vietnam’s nationality, and H is a woman-friendly Gu of the Defendant with Vietnam’s nationality.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. The Defendant of the joint injury part is jointly with C, D, E, F, and G for the same reason at the time, place specified in paragraph 1, and for the same reason, K et al. and only 22 years old at the time of escape and the victim L (22 years old at the time of escape).
