A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. As such, the Defendant assaulted eight victims jointly with E.

2. Injury;

A. The Defendant injured the Victim F, on the first floor of the building stated in Paragraph (1) of the same temporary border as that of Paragraph (1), suffered injury from which the victim F was unable to know the number of days of treatment because the Defendant was placed on the right-hand side of the victim F by a cigarette holder.

B. On June 17, 2012, around 06:00, the Defendant suffered bodily injury from the victim N, on the ground that the victim N (20 years of age) passed the Defendant’s her former female her child organ in the stairs of the second floor of the building located within the Mayang-si O located in Ansan-si, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, the Defendant took the victim’s face and body from drinking and launching the victim’s face and body, and took part in the part of the victim’s her bridge and the her bridge by the Defendant’s riding boat.

Accordingly, the defendant is minimum to the victim.
