Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 31, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as “A”), around 03:10 on March 31, 2019, went into the top of E-si operated by the victim D (70 years of age) for returning home before the “C” restaurant located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and continued to proceed

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.

2.
