A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months and a fine of one hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 29, 2020, from around 04:50 to around 05:30, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, under the influence of alcohol in front of the fifth floor C of the building in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the Defendant: (a) placed a locking device password in front of the fifth floor; (b) laid down a hacker and a door locker with a hacker; and (c) hacks D, who is a resident at the same place, under the influence of alcohol for about 40 minutes, she slickly fright around by very rough words or actions; or (d) puts alcohol on other persons without good cause under the influence of alcohol.

2. On January 29, 2019: (a) around 05:35, the Defendant used the obstruction of performance of official duties at around 05:35, Jan. 29, 2020, at the location described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, “any male is accompanied by a fire extinguisher for about 40 minutes.” On January 29, 202, the Defendant assaulted the chest of the above F on one occasion by being asked about “where the house is and as a son’s work.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

3. 모욕 피고인은 2020. 1. 29. 05:42경 인천 계양구 G 앞 노상에서 위와 같은 공무집행방해 및 경범죄처벌법위반 범행으로 현행범인 체포되어 이동하던 중 그곳 건물관리인인 성명불상자 등이 있는 가운데 피해자인 인천계양경찰서 E지구대 소속 경장 H에게 큰 소리로 ‘씨발 놈! 병신 같은 새끼!’ 등의 욕설을 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

4. On January 29, 2019, around 05:50 on January 29, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant of obstruction of performance of official performance of official duties by walking at one time, due to the defect of the police station in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Gyeyang Police Station E-gu, in order to replace the locks, while the Defendant was waiting to take custody in the atmosphere of the Defendant room at around 05:50, Jan. 29, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant commits a crime by a police officer.
